I've dedicated my life to connecting students, families, and schools. I'm running to do that for all of McHenry County.

Dr. Bridget Belcastro for Regional Superintendent of Schools

For 32 years, Dr. Bridget Belcastro has dedicated her career to ensuring every student has access to quality education. As a 24-year McHenry County resident and the 2024 Illinois Elementary Principal of the Year, Bridget has the experience, expertise, and commitment to lead the Regional Office of Education into the future.

As your Regional Superintendent, Bridget will support our schools, empower our educators, and advocate for the resources our children deserve.

After more than 25 years without a contested election for this office, McHenry County voters deserve a choice. If this position is important enough to be elected, it's important enough to have real options on the ballot.

Our schools face significant challenges - from truancy and attendance issues to funding shortfalls and the need for strong teacher support. Now more than ever, our schools need experienced, proven leadership to navigate these challenges and ensure every student succeeds.

Bridget is running to give voters that choice and to bring decades of educational expertise to the Regional Office of Education.
